To get up to 1080p you'll need at least a 20 Mbps connection, which includes HDR. During today's presentation, Phil Harrison confirmed that 10 Mbps will get you 720p video (the resolution at which most Xbox 360 and PS3 games ran) at 60 FPS, with no HDR.
